| CANCELLATION POLICY |
All paid meeting fees are NON REFUNDABLE but delegates can be replaced.
In case of postponement of conferences due to unforeseen events - force majeure and/or acts of God, paid meeting packages will be kept by the meeting hotel and as floating credits to cover future AGM events subject to further discussions. NO REFUNDS are being processed accordingly.
